Return & Refund Policy

At Hetaoart, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something is not quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in new and unused condition.

1. Can I return my order?

Yes. Most items can be returned within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging
- Free from makeup marks, stains, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or other odors
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

2. How do I start a return?

Please contact us at info@Hetaoart.com before sending anything back.

In your email, include:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is approved, our customer support team will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send your return to the address shown on the shipping package. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return shipping cost

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After review, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label.

For returns due to size, fit, color preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Final sale items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged after delivery

5. Refunds

After we receive your returned package, the item will be inspected within 3 business days.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want. Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund according to this policy.

7. Return address

All approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer support team.
