Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Standard Shipping is free and usually takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Priority Shipping is available for $10.00 USD and usually takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the latest delivery status through our tracking page or the carrier’s website.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: Hetaoart offers international shipping, with primary service to the United States and selected global destinations.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at info@Hetaoart.com as soon as possible. For damaged packages, please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

2. Orders & Returns

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.

All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Please do not return items to the address shown on the shipping package unless our team has confirmed it.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is processed. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
A: We’re sorry for the mistake. Please email us at info@Hetaoart.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received. Once verified, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
